Detox Juices For Better Health

I hope everyone had a great week – it’s the weekend again!!

I thought i share with you my 3 favorite detox healing juices from last weeks 5-Days Cleanse that i committed to. I am feeling great and energized.

We know the importance of proper nutrition, detoxification and healthy living. Detoxification helps removing physical, emotional and energetic blockages. With removal of these blocks LIFE FORCE can again circulate freely through the system again. The body is healing itself!

LIVER KIDNEY HEALER

12 oz

  • 3 oz beetroot
  • 3 oz coconut water
  • 2 oz cucumber
  • 1/2 oz ginger
  • 1 oz blueberries
  • 2 oz carrot
  • 1/2 oz lemon

Beetroot is a lover of livers – the antioxidants and vitamins and nutrients helps ensure overall good health. This juice provides many of possible health benefits, such as reducing  blood pressure, improving digestion, and lowering the risk of diabetes. Beetroot protects the liver from oxidative damage and inflammation and increasing its natural detoxification enzymes.

GREEN MEDICINE

12 oz

  • 2 oz coconut water
  • 3 oz Cucumber
  • 3 oz celery
  • 2 oz apple
  • 1/2 oz lemon
  • 1/2 oz kale
  • 1/2 oz spinach
  • 1/2 oz ginger

Celery juice as medicine! Already well known that celery has healing powers. It kills off bacterias and draws out toxins into the bloodstream – you might experience some symptoms like headache, bloating or diarrhea. But don’t panic, it’s pure cleansing and it’s doing their job. After a few days the symptoms are gone. By the way celery is high in water content, vital k, magnesium, potassium, helps with skin issues, improves gut health and is anti-inflammatory.

TROPICAL CLEANSING

12 oz

  • 4 oz carrot
  • 4 oz pineapple
  • 1/2 oz ginger
  • 1 oz turmeric
  • 1 oz lime
  • 1/2 oz apple cider vinegar
  • 1 oz aloe vera juice

This juice is a super cleanser and a very good source of vitamin c and magnesium which is essential for proper nerve and muscle function. Pineapple contains bromelain which has anti-inflammatory properties and helps support digestion by breaking down protein. Aloe vera is known for its antibacterial, antiviral, and antiseptic properties. Limes contain flavonoid compounds that have antioxidant and anti-cancer properties.

When we allow our digestive system to take a break, all of the energy it normally needed to digest is then re-directed to HEALING our cells.

Feel free to add other ingredients and create your own healing-cleansing juices. Try out adding 1 green juice per day and feel the difference and maybe you start with 1 day juice cleanse every week or every month – your body will thank you!
